"A world of difference"...

It’s nearly three months since we had a Patmore Water Softener and TwinTec drinking filter installed and we would like to thank the whole team for their excellent and efficient service. All the advice we have had recently about the advantages of a water softener in this very hard area has proved to be correct.

The plague of scale and scum has vanished and the benefit of saving on soap, detergents and cleaners are all true.

Additionally, the great bonus to me as an eczema sufferer is that my skin quality has improved and is the ‘calmest’ it has been for the last ten years. We would never have believed that having softened water would make such a world of difference to our lives and only wish we had one installed years ago.

We have had a Patmore water softener for over ten years; there is not a trace of scale in our boiler, shower, kettle, or around the taps. A fault developed on Wednesday, we rang the office and the engineer came today, on time, and repaired it within fifteen minutes. I would recommend this company and this product to anyone - it must have saved us a fortune in keeping everything scale free.
